I’ve spent years in WordPress, support operations, and technology leadership. I speak at events like Support Driven Summit and care about sustainable ways to help people and teams. Writing is how I share what I’ve learned and what I’m still figuring out.
I'm a husband of one and a father of three boys. I live in rural South Carolina and you can usually find me singing, teaching, or cheering on the Tar Heels.
